Fastaval er kendt i mere end bare Danmark, og en af grundene til det er Anna Westerling. Hun har været en fantastisk ambassadør for kongressen i både Norden og resten af verden, og har gjort et stort stykke arbejde for at udbrede kendskabet til Fastaval udenfor Fastavals egne grænser. Inspireret af bl.a. Fastaval, har hun startet Stockholm Scenario Festival, og hun kan tilskrives en god del af æren for at lokke så mange udlændinge til Danmark for at spille rollespil. Anna Westerling er nomineret til Fastavals Æresotto 2016, fordi hun ikke bare gør Fastaval bedre og mere inkluderende, men fordi hun er med til at brede Fastaval ud til resten af verden.

Fastaval får flere og flere internationale deltagere, og Anna Westerling er en af grundene til at Fastavals scenarietradition er kendt udenfor Danmark. Anna har gjort et stort stykke arbejde, både i Norden og resten af verden, for at udbrede kendskabet til Fastaval. Blandt andet har hun startet Stockholm Scenariefestival, hvor en lang række Fastavalscenarier er blevet kørt dem for et internationalt publikum. Anna har været med til at etablere Fastaval som et navn i den internationale rollespilsverden, og gøre Fastaval attraktiv for nørder fra hele verden.
