Alexandria is a privately run non-commercial website staffed by volunteers. We provide information about people in the gaming community.

This privacy policy will explain how we use the personal data we collect from you when you use our website.

Visitor information
When you visit a page we collect a basic level of information in our web server logs including your IP address. We do not track you across pages or use any trackers, nor do we give any third party access to your information.

Account information
You are able to create an account at Alexandria by logging in using a selection of third party Single sign-on (SSO) providers. We do not share any information with these providers about how you use Alexandria or what information you have registered at your account at Alexandria. The provider only supplies Alexandria with a unique ID for the purpose of the functionality as well as your username and real name from that service.

You directly provide Alexandria with most of the data we collect. We collect data and process data when you register for an account and voluntarily provide information about our content.

We will use your data for the purpose of statistics. We will not share this information with any third party.

If you want access to data stored for your account or you want your account and all related data to your account deleted you can contact us at privacy@alexandria.dk.

Content information
Alexandria provides information about people connected to the gaming community as well as a list of their works where available. The collection is based on existing publicly available information, and this information can be collected by Alexandria without the knowledge of the persons.

The purpose for this collection of information is to provide the basic functionality of Alexandria.

If you are listed on the website and have any objections to the information shared or want to be anonymized or removed entirely from the database you can contact us at privacy@alexandria.dk.

Cookie information
For visitors that are not logged in to an account on Alexandria we do not store any information about you or your visit. We do use cookies for users who are logged in.

We use cookies for the purpose of functionality such as helping you sign in and keeping you signed in.
