Beskrivelse
Faeries – Intrigue – Favours. A hidden role game with the characters of Shakespeare.
Hamlet & Ophelia, Romeo & Juliet, Macbeth, Prospero and other mortals have strayed into the forest on Midsummer night. The Summer and Winter Courts of Faeries are hunting the mortals to feed on their passions and emotions, whilst hidden by glamour. However, the Fair Ones do not agree who gets to play with each mortal.
Midsummer is a game of hidden roles, intrigue and auctions for 4 to 9 players. It takes 30 to 60 minutes to play.
Each turn the faerie players compete to hunt a mortal from one of Shakespeare’s plays, and then auction the mortal off to the other faeries for favours. At the break of day, faeries score points based on the emotions of the mortals they have claimed. The objective is for the court you are in to score the most points at the end.
