Disease, in fact, is the theme of this World Trade Organization meeting. The World Health Organization should be discussing the topic - and it must be, elsewhere - but everyone says that money, investment, resources are needed. You, holders of these resources, were compelled to meet and come up with a letter of intent, a list of ten proposals that aim to address the health alert.

Doença, aliás, é o tema dessa reunião da Organização Mundial do Comércio.
