Boston 1997

Someone has killed a postman and left his body in a dumpster. Not ideal at the best of times, but as a postman is a Federal Employee it warrants an FBI investigation.

However, the Special Agent in Charge, Isobel Fisher, is slightly confused to find that a Joint Task force has been assembled to perform the investigation, told that her superiors are worried about special weapons and links to a renowned drug lord.
