Description
Aemas is a land at peace. Thanks to the army of heroes that recently defeated the Queen of the Deep, large threats to the safety of the people have faded. Most requests that come to the Kings of Odath, the capital, are simple. Minor incidents of monsters and trade disputes. Things that can be handled by amateurs. Except one. The sleepy town of Moonwood keeps sending requests for help, even though many adventurers have already been sent. With each letter becoming increasingly desperate, the Kings have decided it’s time to solve this problem once and for all. They have summoned you, a group of skilled heroes, to put an end to this situation. After all, it’s just a silly request, based on superstition, isn’t it? Or are ancient legends not as imaginary as they seem…
The Mad King of the Forest is a level 14 game that takes place in the small town of Moonwood and the surrounding forest. It is partially mystery solving, with some exploration, and heavy combat. The story centres around a local legend and its echoes in reality.
