Description

A seedy looking rat-folk is on the corner clutching a cylinder of what used to contain air. You see him tremble and fall dead as he drops the empty cannister. The guard passes by your encampment and sweeps rat and cylinder into a nearby furnace used for disposing garbage. A putrid blast of heat washes over the party.

The door behind opens up and a grim woman issues you in. This is Flora Descot, your friendly neighborhood mafia messenger. In her spare time she hunts rats, or rat folk, or anyone that looks like they should have a bounty. Her quiver is never quite full.
