Description
The Interplanetary Federation wants you (yes YOU! That's right I'm pointing right at you), to join their elite corp of spacefaring men and women! See the galaxy! Learn new skills! Fly Space ships! Meet alien races! Battle Space- Pirates! Most importantly of all help protect the Human race, and the Interplanetary Federation, from any hostile space fairing entities!
The game takes place during a multi-ship training simulator session, intended to familiarize cadets with star ship operations and to help the instructors suss out individual strengths, and abilities to assign them to the right career tracks at the academy.
The game uses the Artemis star ship bridge simulator software, and players will be actually controlling a virtual star ship. Players are warned there may be dimly lit rooms, and potential bright and/or flashing lights.

This will be a small expansion beyond what was done in 2014, and we will be trying to make more use of the existing game engine. Even if you've played before, our intention, is to expand incrementally again this year. This is a larp based around an existing piece of technology so players should expect potential "technical difficulties" and play those to the hilt when they happen!
