El Yayo stands in the middle of one of his camps looking around at all the activity around him.

Farmers running errands, sicarios walking around keeping everybody in check.

La Santera, the Holy mother of death, strolls past flanked by two of her sisters. A hole forms as people move out of their ways as they seem to flow through the chaos of activity.

El Yayo turns around and looks over at the tent that serves as the lab in this camp. Inside, Claire Adamo, one of the most gifted chemists he has ever seen, is hard at work evolving the Herafin drug that has brought so much wealth to the Santa Blanca Cartel and so much power and prestige to him personally. He turns around again, looking at the four sicarios standing behind him. Or at the two men kneeling between them, both men savagely beaten and with their hands tied behind their backs. The one on the right, an American gringo, a solider. The one on the left, a mercenary from Archangels private force that arrived a few days ago.

El Yayo turns around again. The next couple of days would be interesting…

Welcome to Narcos 3 – Operation Archangel.

Since Claire Adamo introduced Santa Blanca to her new drug Herafin in 2020 after returning to El Yayo. Santa Blanca’s financial influence in Bolivia has soured to new heights, with this new influence they have been able to increase their operation in South America all the way to US-Mexico border and beyond that into the US. This influx of drugs and the violence that followed it as forced the US Government to act. What was a small operation with limited troops has become a multi-agency task force involving both JSOC and other military assets.

This influx of Gringo activity has prompted the local rebel group Kataris 26 to increase their actions, now they strike at anybody that they perceive as a threat to them, which now is anyone not Bolivian or that K26 thinks supports the Cartel or the Gringos.

Santa Blanca has used their influence to force the government to send in units from the elite police force Unidad. Again, increasing the number of guns on the ground.

If this was not enough of a recipe for chaos, the international arms dealer Archangel has descended on the area at the head of a larger force of foreign mercenaries, many from the South African Company Warfare Operations.
