For 5 years the criminal underworld has been torn apart by a savage war between the 5 main criminal syndicates. Don Amilito of the Solana family has called for a meeting between all the families to end the war. The guns may be silent for now but the tension is high. Each family will try to protect their own interests and weaken the others. Each family will try to do with words and handshakes what they couldn´t do with hitmen and soldiers.
