Fate threads through every element of the world, linking the destruction of suns down to the death of a blade of grass. Despite its violent, often erratic pattern, it is not pure chaos. There is a rhythm and a rhyme to life itself. Some say it goes even further than that. A legend persists among the children of Gods and monsters of the Dead Eyes. The specifics change but there are a few constants. The Dead Eyes glow an unnatural dark golden shade. The Dead Eyes exist outside Fate itself, serving as unwilling observers for some unknown force. Most importantly, the Dead Eyes can perceive when a being is fated to die, down to the second. The number of questions raised are nearly endless. Now one person has decided that they should find the answers. Luckily for them, they’ve found five people fated to die over the next three hours. Now the fun can begin…
