Every fellow knows that great aunts can be a frightful bind, but it’s worse when they've tasked you to retrieve a shiny Christmas bauble that was in their family for years and has mistakenly traded to an eccentric mad scientist father of your latest crush who can’t be persuaded to sell it back. What’s worse is the gal is engaged to your best chum, a nice but dim chap who appears to be going off the rails recently, and if that wasn't bad enough also vying for her attentions is a frightful fascist oik.

It's a good job you have your faithful manservant to hand, always to be relied on, even if he does move in a mysterious way and you don't actually remember engaging him the first place. Still all you have to do is retrieve the shiny, woo the girl, schmooze the father and calm your chum, what could possibly go wrong?
