Ever since the great destruction, the small town has lived in the shadow of a crazy machine. On the edge of the hole dug by the machine, there is an abandoned mansion where rich nobles used to hold court. The manor is said to be haunted and now it has attracted the children of the region. The townspeople have reluctantly turned to the Shepherds, a religious secret police. Can the Shepherds save the town's children?
