Tales from the Loop is a story-driven game system where children aged 10-15 play in an alternative Sweden of the 1980s. The Loop is an area where strange machines have started to appear, where the boundaries between time and reality blur and almost anything can happen. The atmosphere of the game is very similar to that of Stranger Things and Twin Peaks, and the characters are tasked with solving a mystery.

The themes of the game are dreams, children's ordinary everyday life, life in a strangely distorted world, special features of the 80s, nostalgia and five-piece adventure. One of the goals of the scenario is to familiarize yourself with the game system and the world of TftL. The game has ready-made characters that players can initially customize.

Tales from the Loop on tarinavetoinen pelisysteemi, jossa pelataan 10-15-vuotiaita lapsia 1980-luvun vaihtoehtoisessa ruotsissa. The Loop on alue, jonne on alkanut ilmestyä kummallisia koneita, jossa ajan ja todellisuuden rajat värjyvät ja melkein mitä vain voi tapahtua. Pelin tunnelma muistuttaa paljon Stranger Thingsin ja Twin Peaksin tunnelmaa, ja hahmojen tehtävänä on ratkoa mysteeri.

Pelin teemoja ovat unet, lasten tavallinen arki, elämä kummallisella tavalla vääristyneessä maailmassa, 80-luvun erityispiirteet, nostalgia ja viisikkomainen seikkailu. Skenaarion yhtenä tavoitteena on tutustua pelisysteemiin ja TftL:n maailmaan. Pelissä on valmiit hahmot, joita pelaajat voivat aluksi kustomoida.
