The king has tasked you and the other noble houses with developing the new land after his vision. The game combines trick-taking and tile placement in such a way that the strongest hand doesn't always confer the most points. You don't win by winning the most tricks; rather, by predicting the board's development, whether by placing as many tiles as possible, or predicting your opponents' moves.
