April, 1940

A secluded hotel in southern Norway prepares for the new season.
Guests arrive as they always have; for rest, for routine, for reasons of their own. This is a typical destination for fishing enthusiasts.

Some return out of habit.
Some because they had nowhere else to go.
Some because there are things left unfinished.

Rumors move faster than truth.
The radio is never quite turned off.


Inside, everything continues as it always has.
Until it doesn’t.

You thought you had more time.

On April 9th 1940 Germany invaded Denmark and Norway during the night.

This came as a surprise to many in Norway.

Everyone was in one way or another affected by this.

This larp will tell the story of the days surrounding this event, and how it shapes the lives of the characters.
