Description
The island of Seili in the Turku archipelago has over the centuries served as a leper hospital and a women’s mental asylum. The lepers had to bring coffin boards with them, and the women came to stay, whether they wanted or not.
In the game, players take on the roles of female residents of the mental hospital, and live their everyday life, strictly regulated and monitored. Themes of the game are friendship, community, adjustment and resistance to adjust. The game also contains supernatural elements. Lights and sounds are used in the game.
Players will not be playing mental illnesses, and the characters are not given diagnoses.
