Fifty years into the future, people like you don't have words for who you are anymore. Erased, pushed into hiding, and at incredible risk; any chance of happiness and maybe even safety has slipped away.

You have heard, through your friends you shouldn't be in touch with, or secret messages that you shouldn't have been searching for, that there is somewhere you can go. Somewhere different. Somewhere you can see what it means to be who you are.

You have found a place you can rebuild. A chance to save yourself, and maybe others. A chance to find a new way of living. If you can heal enough to avoid enacting your pain on others. If you can avoid recreating the power structures that you ran from.

A Place of Greater Safety is a larp about healing, and the pain that comes with that; about community and the joy of finding your people; and about daring to hope.
