Description

Grief – Bond – Closure

In Bedside, family and friends pay visits to a dying person, to sit by their hospital bed. The larp plays in meaningful silences, useless gestures, conversations about trivialities and helpless words. The game is interspersed with retrospect scenes about the life of the dying person, and their connections to the visitors. The players take on the roles of the visitors, the bedridden dying person, and their younger self that shows up in retrospect scenes.
