WINTERHORN is a modern-day game and the players will be given short characters at the door, and develop them with a very brief workshop. The game focuses on collectively deciding on what strategies and resources to bring to bear to deal with a potentially dangerous activist group code-named WINTERHORN.

Content warning: This game examines real-world techniques employed by governments and is set in a fictional but essentially real-world setting. Characters will discuss and possibly direct physical and social attacks, and may have been responsible for the same in their background.
