Tensions between the Federation and Empire are always tense, and the proxy wars they sponsor can leave independent worlds in ruin. Tobala has avoided the worst of its quarrelling neighbours in recent years, and its government want to keep it that way. Reports have confirmed that an Imperial citizen was arrested in nearby Federal space. Guilty or not, it will be used as a pretext for a “minor” skirmish, with Tobala’s people caught in the middle.
The Tobala government’s top black ops team is on the case. You will resolve this diplomatic incident before it happens, and remind the ultracapitalist pigs and imperial lapdogs that our home is not their playground. At gunpoint, if necessary.
