..the story is based on a true story..
Malenky robot: the Hungarian name for a series of events that took place after World War II in the Soviet occupied countries, when people were deported to the Soviet Union for forced labour.
The Soviet prisoner roundup was part of a series of reprisals, ethnic and political cleansing, and forced labour author actions. Men aged 17 to 45 and women aged 18 to 30 were rounded up and deported on the orders of the Red Army, issued on 22 December 1944, No. 0060.
Our story gives an insight into this period through the life of a family in Transcarpathia. The play is based on a real story, and its narrative character unfolds before our eyes what it was like to live in that period.
The game will take place in a small room, with only 1 or 1 small notebook and our imagination to represent the events. You'll choose from a selection of possible characters during a preparatory discussion, and then live the story scene by scene as it unfolds and becomes complete.
It is a narrative (guided) game: each scene will be played out separately, with the plot framework in place, the rest being up to the players' improvisational skills.
