Description

The Quick Ropecon 2017 scenario. In a Small Danish coastal town. A fisherman has vanished. An innocent small-town physician sits locked up for the murder of two. The current will take another one soon, under the sweeping howl of power plant blades rotating - 100 meters above and below the surface.
