Description

HeroQuest is one of the longest running Live Role-playing clubs in the UK. Our events last between 66 hours (Thursday evening to Sunday) to over 100 hours (Tuesday evening to Sunday) at carefully-selected sites around the country. It caters for small groups and is generally based on linear events.

You don’t need any kit or costume, especially for monstering as we will supply the basics however if you have your own kit then please bring it along. You should be prepared to spend some time walking around the local area and getting hit with latex weapons so please dress appropriate for the conditions. Dark trousers and tops with outdoor boots would be ideal along with a belt to hold any costume together but we will not hold the lack of any kit against you.

These events will mainly use a cut down set of the rules for simplicity, and no prior knowledge is required but bring along some energy and enthusiasm.

Everyone is welcome to come along and try it out, we need both new and experienced people to take part as either players who make up the party or monsters to play the roles of the opposition. This LARP is more focused towards the experienced players.

What Happened to Ambassador Scale. Last night a rare gathering of Ambassadors of 9 nations was hosted by the Horde nation. May deals were made and importantly a discussion about where each nation would live when the Year of Reckoning came to its conclusion. After the meeting concluded in the early hours one of the Ambassadors is missing presumed dead and Horde intelligence is working on what happened. The party gather at the Orcs Rest to help.
