Description

Every immortal carries their own legends, and their own mythology. Among the vampire clans of New England, it is said that the first vampires were created with a specific purpose, and a singular gift: an endless undeath in which to pursue absolute perfection.

Because, of course, nobody can master true obsession like the undead.

It’s been thirty years since the last Convocation of Night, and once again, it is time for the vampires of the Northeast to gather. For some, this will be a chance to show off your progress on the single project you’ve pursued for the past century. For others, it will be an opportunity to debate the true meaning of beauty, art, or perfection. For quite a few, it will be a chance to air ancient grudges and pedantic feuds.

And for all of you, it will be a chance to demonstrate your exquisite mastery of the dark art of passive aggression.

---

Blood, Sweat, and Tears falls somewhere between a crafting circle and a family reunion. It’s a game about extremely petty vampires, with extremely human flaws, discussing matters of questionable importance.

*This is a game in which passions may run high, but very little will actually happen.* Each vampire character has one or several “obsessions,” and no real knowledge of art, crafts, or fandom is required to play these.

*Inspiration: What We Do in the Shadows, Vampire: The Masquerade (as played by impatient teenagers), Deviantart, and the Vampire Fanfiction Wars of the early 2000s*

---

**Mask Policy:** We expect to make a final verdict closer to game time (around when we send out characters) but, depending on the state of covid in 2022, masks may be required for this game. If you have special concerns or requests about this, feel free to reach out to the GMs.
