Description

Ember is the burned out remains of a war torn city. The fighting has moved on, but the conflicts remain. The Atwood family, one of the original families of Ember, are tasked to rebuild and repair. Not only their city, but their family, and themselves.

Ember was once a beautiful city, a carefully cultivated center of art and accomplishment. However, things change, and when the war started, it started here. As the soldiers and politicians have moved away, all that is left are small homes, a hurting community, and the painful wounds of people torn apart.

The war isn’t over. The fighting has just moved on, burning down other churches, tv stations and museums, Tonight marks the fifth year anniversary of when the armies marched through the streets of Ember. Tonight you keep a tradition, you light the candles to the lives lost, and changed by a war you never wanted.
