Description
*“What are we gonna tell the Captain?”*
Your intrepid team of pirates was tasked with guarding your crew’s wealth while your Captain defended this remote island from the King’s forces. Maybe things would have gone differently if you hadn’t stumbled on that cache of rum, but now it’s a bright and painful morning, the rum is gone, and it looks like the treasure is gone too!
Why The Rum’s Gone is a non-combat, 2-hour hangover-amnesia game about slowly remembering your face-palmingly bad decisions of the night before. And hopefully finding your lost treasure before you need to answer to your Captain.
Themes include **Oh God Why Is It So Bright**, **Where Did This Bruise Come From**, **Why Am I Wearing Your Shirt**, **Wait Did We Kiss**, **Oh God Did I Lick Something Terrible**, and **What Is That Awful Smell Oh It’s Me Isn’t It?**
While play may involve suspicion and distrust, this game is ultimately meant to be a lighthearted game about helping one another through a bad situation.
