This is a scientific facility where a number of cutting-edge -- no -- razor-sharp, cut-with-a-monofilament-wire bleeding-edge scientific projects are being produced. This could be any time, any place. Only the technology is real. The star project that everyone knows about is a time machine, though nobody has yet witnessed a successful trip through time. In about an hour, there is a scheduled demonstration of the time machine in front of just about every important person anyone could think of. However, the machine isn't done yet. As the deadline nears, the scientists grow worried, but the project lead calmly says, ``A time travel machine is never late. It is always on time, by definition.'' ---

A Tale of Time Travel is a short parody of time travel in games. The game was designed by a physicist to make your brain hurt.
