Description

The Barbarians are disgraced and humiliated by their defeat at the hands of the Dwarves last year, when Deery Rosebud, the new barmaid mixed up the mugs and beer. Deery is feeling guilty about all the trouble she caused. She wants to make amends. She secretly asks one of the Dwarves and one of the Barbarians what she can do. The Dwarf tells her to forget about it, just don’t make the same mistake. The Barbarian tells her to find some wild checkerberries and add them to the Dwarven Beer, that will make the Dwarves “happy”. The berries make the Dwarves much more than “happy”. When the bar is filled and all are drinking their beer, one of the Barbarians tells one of the Dwarves “Your mother wears combat boots!”
