You are a group of master alchemists who are bestowed a sacred quest to turn the pain and suffering of the planet into a healing spell. You are each tasked with a sacred transmutation project, where your individual transmutation will amplify the healing effect, so just this small group of master alchemists can transmute the pain and suffering into the most pure panacea for the planet Earth.

Mechanics: I will guide players through the mechanics during the workshop. I will guide players through warm-up breathing and movements (low intensity). The game itself will involve some movement to music. The level of engagement and level of intensity would be chosen by players to fit with their bodies (ie if player feels like doing breakdance and is able to do it safely, for the intents and purpose of the game would be as equally acceptable as player's choice to spend the entire game laying in a shivasana (the corpse pose) and breathing deeply). I will guide a cooling-down movement In the end there will be an opportunity to share feedback and talk about the experience.
