After the desimation of the Blue Scarab gang you would have though there operation would have ground to a hault, but no, it seems someone is using what is left of their network and smuggling Arash and Opur onto the station, this operation needs shutting down and you are the squad that took down the leadership, so time to clean house and sort this notorious criminal gang out for good.
