Grim Noir is a film noir RPG about occult mysteries and shady deals in dark alleys and glamorous restaurants. Players take the roles of Reapers, humans who can see and collect souls of the deceased, and sell them to the highest bidder. The game is about both the external conflict between the supernatural and the mundane and the internal conflict of the characters’ anxieties and hopes: As the characters wheel and deal with supernatural beings, they succumb to the vicious cycle of greed and betrayal.
