The Association of Wikipedian Archaeology (AWA) invites proposals for the 3021 Annual Interplanetary Conference to take place at the Conference Center in McAuliffe Station at Earth-Moon L2. This year’s theme is “Notable Notions: Who/What Was Most Important During the Early 21st Century”. With the recent discovery of a number of unlinked Wikipedia pages from the late Antiquity period of the Pre-Interstellar Dark Age, many new perspectives have emerged on this mysterious period of history. We invite abstracts on this theme to help puzzle out who or what was most ‘notable’. We particularly invite proposals from research teams of sentients from different institutions both within the Solar League and from elsewhere in the Orion Arm.

Welcome to [Citation Needed], a replayable 2-hour LARP for 3-6 players and no GMs. Be part of a diverse academic team describing “ancient times” (our present day) by interpreting fragments - a selection of Wikipedia articles - for an academic abstract. A modest level of mechanics should be expected, including character creation and a discussion of content limits.
