The dead are leaving their graveyard to dance with the living, one last time. The scenario is about the struggle to leave people you love, the sorrow in being left, the unfinished which chafes and the magical chance to meet again. Through dance we pass through sorrow and grief, in search of what is needed to move on, out in life or into the great beyond.

Heavily inspired by a chapter in Neil Gaiman’s the Graveyard Book, Dance the Macabray is a story about the struggle to leave people you love, the sorrow in being left, the unfinished which chafes and the magical chance to meet again. De döda lämnar sin kyrkogård för att dansa med de levande, en sista gång. Det handlar om det svåra i att lämna, sorgen i att vara lämnad, det oavslutade som skaver och den magiska chansen att mötas igen. Detta är ett lajv som använder sig av dans för att gestalta sorgearbetet och det som behövs för att kunna gå vidare, in i döden eller ut i livet.
