In the 2210th century, humanity has spread and populated the solar system. Relations between Jupiter (the Jovian Confederacy) and the Central Earth Government and Administration (CEGA) are fragile and could erupt into war at any time. Independent nomads living in the asteroid belt discover the wreckage of CEGA's ship and set off to search the ship for anything they can use.
