Despite its rich history and traditions, Taldor has not always warmed to the curious members of the Pathfinder Order. This is especially true in the small museum in Ridonport, the town where the legendary general Arnisant, who fought against the Whispering Tyrant during the Great War, was born. However, the organization's ally Lady Gloriana Morilla has organized a unique opportunity for a small group of Pathfinders to explore the museum's artefacts. In return, he only wants the group to uncover the dubious facts surrounding the local earl—who boasts of being a direct descendant of Arnisant.

(Contents in Birthright Betrayed also contribute directly to the ongoing storyline of the Sovereign Court faction. This is one of several scenarios that also set the stage for and directly tie into the upcoming War for the Crown Adventure Path.)
