The kingdom of Marjan is a prosperous place, rich off the spice trade and a renowned center of art and culture. It is currently ruled by the beautiful and wise Princess Marjani. Her people laud her fairness and her grace.

Well, most of them. Quite a few of them want to assassinate her. Tonight, in fact. Her royal guards are ever-vigilant, but their duty is complicated by the fact that Princess Marjani, Shining Star of Marjan, Light of Her People, seems intent on tasting every poisoned chalice and walking into every hidden blade she can find.

The Inevitable Death of Princess Marjani is a comedy LARP for one princess, four long-suffering guards of any gender with various romantic entanglements, and an arbitrary number of tedious visitors and faceless assassins. The game lasts until the Council of Royals meeting begins in one hour or Princess Marjani is successfully assassinated; whichever happens first.
