The Season

System: LARP
Deltagere: 14-20 spillere

Af

✏️Anneli Albertsson
✏️Rachel Thomas

Foromtale

The LARP is a series of easily-learned dances which represent the balls of the season, with joining scenes to allow the players to act out the defining period of their character’s lives.

The Season has finally arrived and all the eligible young people are about to enter society. Their actions over the next few months will define the rest of their lives. They have a series of balls to find their future partner and make a match. However, they must abide within the rules of society or risk their reputation. Can they really get to know someone when they only have limited social contact and no time alone with them?

Inspired by Jane Austen and Bridgerton, this is a story about trying to make the future you want for yourself whilst constrained by social conventions and limited resources. The characters can only speak to those of the opposite gender for short periods in socially approved situations. Whilst doing so, they must not do anything which is outside socially approved actions but do they dare to take risks to show their love?
