Foromtale
The Ayllu make up a small farming community with a rigid belief system constructed over untold generations. Its people reinforce their place in the world by reacting to different natural sounds with the appropriate activity to show piety: the universe tells them when it is time to work, time to pray, time to sleep. An Ayllu failing to participate or flouting other laws would be publicly denounced and shamed for their transgression; nonetheless, all break the rules in some quiet way.
When the sounds disappear, everyone has a reason to feel responsible and resort to blaming one another or begging forgiveness. Some will try to maintain the old traditions while others will call for changes or maybe even the end of Ayllu. Each player portrays a pre-written Ayllu and decides their fate.
Players portray pre-written Ayllu characters and will socialize, participate in the various rituals, keep or expose secrets, cope individually and collectively with catastrophic cosmological change, and decide their own fates.

About the author
Johanna started larping directly with big international long-form Nordic larps in 2017 and started running her own chamber larps in 2022. She also recently started developing long-form larps that will run in 2026 and is happiest as a larpwright when her characters feel real and scenarios enable strongly emotional play. She lives in Berlin, Germany, with her excellent dog who sadly does not larp.
