A Chronicles of Darkness game for four college students.
Between the 50s and 70s, the CIA enacted a series of illegal and unethical experiments on US and Canadian citizens. Using various methods of torture and drugs, they attempted to find tools for mind control and interrogation as part of Cold War espionage. Despite efforts to destroy the evidence, some of the files have been uncovered since - mostly sinking into obscurity and conspiracy forums.
But for your end of year film project, they make great fodder for a documentary. A Summer road trip to Nevada to get footage is just icing.
