The year was 1905 - the beginning of the zombie plague and the dawn of the new dark age. when the dead rose to feed on the flesh of the living. Everywhere, animates prowled the streets, killing and spreading the infection as they passed. Countless millions perished in the chaos. Ultimately, seventy percent of the world’s population succumbed to the Plague, secondary epidemics, or the mass starvation that followed. Two hundred years after the zombie plague, the capital of the Neo-Victorian Empire is a vast, densely crowded London. Tonight, in the twisting labyrinths beneath the streets, two powerful ghoul tribes will come together to stabilize the Underground. The tribes will be united, the bloodlines merged. Which means, of course, they're having a wedding - and everyone who's anyone in the Underground will be there. Parliament of Ghouls is a darkly comic live-action game set in the world of the _Unhallowed Metropolis_ RPG. This game contains adult themes and is appropriate for players 18+.
