PoRtaL is an international conference dedicated to exploring ways to enhance and expand possibilities and opportunities of live-action role-playing (LARP) games.
Founded 2012. in Zagreb, Croatia, it has been held six times so far: three times in Zagreb and twice in Budapest (Hungary), once in Plovdiv, (Bulagria) . It is the biggest such conference in the region of the South and South Eastern Europe.
This year the PoRtaL will set out to explore what LARP games can offer in areas such as education, tourism, human resources management... Key European experts will share their experiences and insights, and there'll be time for networking and games too!
The conference will be held in Kyiv, Ukraine on March 1-3 of 2019. Executive organizer


Was organised an exhibition of larp weapons, armour, and equipment.

🆘 Oleg Kravachenko led a workshop about the use of larp in Post Traumatic Syndrome Disorder prevention and treatment.
🤼 Maksym Rog talked about Larp Craftsmanship and Combat Systems in larp.
🧙🏿 Terrible Creations talked about their blockbuster larp Secret of the School of Magic 2019
🇺🇦 Sergey Khylevich presented about social aspects of larp in Ukraine.
🎉 Conjunction LARP-Studio talked about Character immersion at massive LARPs in Ukraine: saving the story from the gazebo.
🏰 Katherine Sas and Daria Kroshka talked about Ukrainian LARP in European Castle: How we did it.
👩🏻‍💻 Maksym Churkyn and Dmitry Plechistiy talked about IT-knights on a quest for a better LARP-world.
