Some towns are just....strange. Like Twin Peaks, Sunnydale, Haven, Arkham, or Cardiff. They have weird phenomena, mysterious government agents, unspeakable monsters lurking in the dark of night, secretive locals (some with special powers), and one or two stressed-out "heroes" trying to make sense of it all.
