Du var ung. Livet foran dig. Indtil den dag. Du glemmer den aldrig, den dag verden gav op på dig. Terminal brystkræft. Du troede, det bare var lidt hoste. Bare rolig, med behandling kan man klare sig 10-15 år. Det kan de nemt sige. De skal ikke leve i en verden, der er slut.

Terminal er et scenarie om at give op, og lade sygdom overtage dit liv. Om gradvist at blive til noget, som ikke er dig selv, men blot en diagnose. Om at gøre sig selv til offer for sin tilstand.

Scenariet vil bruge UV-effekter og andre metoder til at skabe en todelt fortælling – en om dig, og en om din sygdom. Indtil du ikke længere kan kende forskel.

You were young. Life ahead of you. Until that day. You will never forget the day when the world gave up on you. Terminal breast cancer. You thought it was just a cough. Stay calm, with treatment you can go on for 10 to 15 years. Easy for them to say. They don’t have to live in a world that has ended.

Terminal is a larp about giving up and letting illness take over your life. About gradually becoming something that isn’t you, only a diagnosis. About making yourself a victim for your condition.

The larp will apply UV effects and other metatechniques to create parallel storylines – one about you, and one about your illness. Until you can no longer tell the difference.
