Tales normally tell of humans intruding into magical forests and facing the consequences of their transgression. But what happens when the woods start to expand into supposedly civilised spaces?

Your patrons, Lord and Lady Oswin, have sent you out from the Hall of the Warmest Hearth to investigate why the long trodden trade road past the Amesmond Forest has become impassable at the most inconvenient time
