Roman Legionaries filled their leisure time, and they had lots of it, with whater they could. Some drank, others gambled, some had relations and some had relations with other peoples wives. What would you do if your lovers husband was kidnapped for ransome on pain (very much so) of death by the picts and you were then ordered to rescue him?
