Kingdom is game I have traditionally run on the first slot of the convention, because it doesn’t need any prep, and plays quickly. It is play lead, each person helps design a “Kingdom”, and takes on roles of people that can influence the direction that Kingdom takes. A Kingdom can be any group of people with a common, location or purpose.

In previous games I have seen a banana republic who’s traditional goat farming was replaced by CIA backed oil giants, until the alien goat-suckers invaded the town.

A dwarven kingdom inside a dormant volcano that had to deal with a influx of refugees from a war between men and elves, while the volcano itself decided to erupt.

A pirate ship that mutinied against the captain because he became besotted with the governors daughter. Every time is different and every time has been fun.
