Kalix is a competitive eurogame with a clever action selection mechanic where players will be managing their hands, trying to optimize their generation of resources and income.
The goal of the game is to gather resources. Only 1 type of resource will be worth victory points each round. Throughout the game, players can manipulate what type will score next.
Players will continuously grow stronger by recruiting farmhands and acquiring new cards, discovering clever ways to generate more resources and income!

Målet med spelet är att bistå med Kungen med specifika råvaror samtidigt som man försöker att manipulera de invaderande styrkorna till sin fördel. Spelet har en intressant action selection kortmekanik som sätter geniknölarna i arbete.

Du skal samle så mange ressourcer som muligt, men kun én type giver point i hver runde. I løbet af spillet manipulerer spillerne, hvilken ressource der giver point næste gang, mens de omhyggeligt planlægger deres actions ved at tage 3 nabokort fra en fikseret hånd og gradvist udbygger deres “maskine”.

Gather as many resources as possible, but only one type will score points each round. Throughout the game, players will be manipulating what type scores next, whilst carefully planning their actions by playing 3 adjacent cards from a fixed hand, and gradually growing their engine stronger.
