Some claim a new social purge directed by the New Inquisition is the root cause of the problem while rumor mills are whispering that shadow figures are swallowing whoever is so careless to stay in the open during the night. You are part of an undercover group that wants to unveil the secrets of a cheap and devastating new drug, the Neo-Flakka, said to make people violent and uncontrollable, distributed for unknown reasons by an extremist religious cult.
