The Hathor Society has a mission: to bring peace to the restless souls of the deceased. At the stroke of midnight every Friday, a Medium (played by the facilitator) hosts the restless spirit in their body, allowing the Psychic Researchers (the other players) to make contact with the deceased's soul to discover who they were and what still binds them to this world. The ritual is very delicate because the deceased are often confused and irritable, so each psychic researcher participates remotely through an electronic device that also assists them in their investigations.
